Sustainable Growing at Home

The course is aimed at providing an experiential and hands-on approach to cultivate a healthier lifestyle and a more sustainable planet by growing your own food at home. The course consists of instructional video lessons and monthly discussion boards covering key topics in sustainable horticulture practices. Additionally, there are 'Vegetable of the Week' sessions to provide a well-rounded education in sustainable gardening practices. Learners are encouraged to connect with each other on the monthly discussion boards to share experiences and support each other towards sustainable horticulture. By the end of the course, learners will develop practical skills for growing various vegetables and herbs, understand the principles of sustainable gardening, and discover the benefits of home-grown produce for their health and the environment.
