Agricultural Biosciences Foundation
An introduction to the plant and animal biology and ecology theory
required for studying on the BSc and MSc food and farming programmes at
Schumacher college. This course allows applicants without Level 3
biosciences qualifications to apply for these programmes and secure a
place on completion. The syllabus includes relevant content from A-Level
Biology and Ecology curricula with additional bespoke content detailing
applied biology and ecology for regen ag. This content is essential
knowledge for anyone wishing to practice or advise on regenerative food
and farming as the approach is underpinned by an understanding of
ecosystems and the interactions between plants and animals within them.
